Puppy Training Class
£25 (45 minute group class)
- Train your puppy while you both exercise and walk! Our small group sessions provide a controlled environment for your puppy to meet new friends and learn to socialise.
- Your puppy will acquire new skills, from basic commands like sit to advanced behaviours like emergency stops, all in a natural, real-world setting. We focus on practical training, such as loose-lead walking and reliable recall, ensuring your puppy can navigate everyday distractions with ease.
- Through engaging games and activities, we keep your puppy's attention and provide essential mental stimulation. These sessions enhance emotional intelligence, build confidence, and increase reliability and consistency.
- Enjoy the outdoors with your puppy, learning skills that make walks, outings, and appointments enjoyable and stress-free. Each week offers new classes and challenges, ensuring continuous learning and support in our small, dedicated groups. Let your puppy explore the world safely and confidently.
- 2 hours in your home covering everything from toilet training, equipment for walking or in the home, meal times, jumping up at you and guests to nipping, biting, running away and more!
- If you need help before you get the puppy or for your new arrival. We can look at your dogs sleeping patterns, resting areas of sleep, dens, crates, beds and areas dedicated for these times.
- We will also cover how you can prepare to leave your dog alone at home to taking them to get their vet vaccines or nails being clipped at the groomers.
- Your puppy will be exploring its new world and surroundings so approaching what you need to at what point is key to not overwhelm them.
- Getting them used to their name and coming back to you when you need to.
- Perhaps you need to look at getting them used to their walking gear and be happy to wear a collar and harness and see walks and getting ready for walk as fun, positive and calm?
- There is a lot for a new puppy so you will learn a wealth of information to make it more fun and enjoyable for you and your family.
Puppy One-to-One
£50 (1 hour private session)
- If you prefer a more personalised service, we offer tailored puppy training sessions at your home or another suitable location, depending on your needs. This approach allows us to address specific areas you'd like to improve.
- You also have the option of online training, enabling you to learn from the comfort of your home. Our online sessions can cover various training needs, such as off-lead walking, lead pulling, emergency stops, muzzle training, and comprehensive puppy training packages. Whatever your requirements, we're here to help you and your puppy succeed.
Dog's & Kids with
a New Family Dog/Puppy
£50 (1 hour private session)
- You bought a dog/puppy for the kids now what to do?
- Whether you have a rescue dog, are adopting a new puppy, or simply have a family dog, our one to one training sessions are perfect for the whole family. We provide ideas for activities that make learning enjoyable for everyone!
- These sessions give you and your children the opportunity to learn how to train and care for a new puppy or dog. They'll gain the knowledge and tools needed to communicate, raise, and train your new furry family member responsibly and effectively.
What you and your child will learn:
- Basic dog training techniques to address jumping, nipping and biting and other unwanted behaviours.
- Reading body language to ensure the whole family knows what this means.
- How to tackle challenges families face like chewing the kids toys and inappropriate interactions between the children and the dog.
- Fun tricks and activities for the whole family and we will provide great resources for the learning to continue after we leave. Enrichment fun games for you all!
- Dog Training exercises and how to get the kids involved e.g. getting your dog to drop items in the mouth, to do a sit or perhaps some fun tricks!
- Essentials for making your pup comfortable with visits to the vet or groomer, and understanding what is and isn't safe around the home.
- Most importantly, our training gives your puppy or dog the independence and choices needed to keep your family unit safe and happy.
